Anyone good at/know how to modify header and forumhome?
 
I had someone design a forum home design that I liked, but through some kind of confusion I received a large graphic of what my forum home could look like but I haven't the foggiest where to start or what to do to get it to look like that.

Any advice?

I was charged 400 euro to change two headers for my forum (photoshop + codes rewriten) so a lot!
