I have two problems that appeared when I upgraded to v2.5.9+. (or attempted to)

It's weird at it shows in the product manager as the new version, yet nothings changed in the arcade except "Warning: Missing argument 20 for start() in /arcade/skins/skin_Arcade.php on line 223" appearing at the top? Am running Version 3.6.4

Have posted this outside the "Warning ibProArcade v2.5.6+" thread as I hadn't notice the requirement for a descriptive title.
