Welcome PM not being sent...help appreciated.

I would post this at vbulletin.com, but I know they will say they can't help me since I have mods installed. Basically, I would like the Welcome PM to go out and it isn't. My username is in the field, both users awaiting e-mail confirmation and new members can receive PM's. I have NOT installed the Welcome PM modification previously so that isn't the problem.

Here are the mods/hacks I do have installed:
AWS
FlashChat Integration
Members who are using FlashChat
Members who have visits the forum
vBadvanced CMPS
vBSEO

Are there any known issues with any of these causing this problem? I used to have "Send PM to all Online" active, but it is no longer so and it still doesn't work. Thanks!

Anybody got any ideas and/or experience w/ the Welcome PM problem?

Thanks!

Note: If you require emails to be verified, this message will be sent after the user has activated his or her account. Also ensure that Receive Private Messages is enabled in Default Registration Options below.

that's a common problem.

Thanks. Both of these things have already been checked as stated above.

no problem... but neither of those things are stated above? you mention you do these things, but are they checked and working properly?

Well you asked if receive PM's was enabled I thought you were referring to the usergroup setting, not the default registration option...my fault. I assumed this because I have read this is a common problem.

Answer to your actual question is yes, the default reg option is to receive PM's and it does work. And have verified test accounts w/ still no message sent.

I heard that hacks can create this problem, but with the major ones I have installed it would be difficult to figure it out. I may compare db tables between a clean install and the current install to see if there are any differences.

Thanks.
