Help needed in some little coding please...

I've vbbux enabled per attachments download in my forum.Need help,please.:(

what's that piece of coding to display in the postbit,how much vbbux is required to download that attachment which is set by the uploader?:confused:

any help on this is greatly appreciated,thanks alot.
