Subscribed Threads, Subscribed Forums, and Event Reminders

This mod displays the top ten subscribed threads, subscribed forums, and event reminders. It also shows the members who subscribed to those items, with pagination in play, and accounts for vB access permissions. See the screenshot.

Help me out please. "FTP the subscribeinfo.php file into your main forum directory". What does this mean? Where in the control panel forum directory do I do this? Create a new file? or something else?
