Should Be Licensed
 
My vbulletin license has expired, however I am working on a friends vB forum now. As I understand it all he has to do is add my email address for this forum account, to the priority support list located at this link http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php correct? He did this like 24 hours ago and i still show as unlicensed.

How can i get my amount to show up as licensed again? Thanks, and the changes to the site look absolutely amazing so good job to all those involved.

Get him to check the email address that was added. Email addresses are case sensitive.

Your email address is only listed on your own expired license. Let your friend double check his settings.

He said my email was already listed but he re-typed it and re-submitted it to double check and almost immediately upon him saving I was then showing as licensed here.
