Disable Sigs but still View them ?

Im an admin on a soccer forum but cant explain how to fix this thing

Majority of the foum wants Images in there Sigs but the slow conection users dont want them.. but still want to view there Own Text Sigs without seeing the Images is it somthing that is possible?
