What is the best for extra fields?
 

What is the best product/add-on to use for extra fields in a thread where you can specify questions, and the question and answer get posted, with single line fields, text boxes, possibly radio buttons. This would be used for reviews. It is important that you can also add attachments, as usual.

The Form Hack maybe? I don't need all those extra features though.

Hm, you may be interested in something like GARS from thevbgeek.com - it is generally used for articles/reviews.

Actually, it doesn't look like the questions get appended to the post, only the answers the poster puts. I need the question to be appended too. I will be asking some short questions that will only make sense with question and answer posted together.

It looks like if you create that custom field in GARS, it only posts the answer.
