About adding a new skin ?

I am using F_Blue skin.. some members cant use it because of darkness, and they want to a light skin... However I prepared my message icon for dark skin... and When I add a light skin, it seems very bad for it... I saw some websites that they are using no - icons for only forumhome... How can I do this for my light skin ? I dont want to use for it..
