need a good poll system
 

I need to be able to setup polls that is for ranking teams. Basically it has 1 through 25 and each number would have a drop down box with every team that is elligible inside it. You would put them in order of rank and then click submit. It would have to double check to make sure the same team wasn't used twice. Also, it would calculate the points and store them so that we could post the results after so many days. We would have to be able to register a user for it (or use a certain usergroup from the vbulletin board) to limit who could vote in the poll. Anyone know of any polls like that?
