How do you know whether guests are permitted to see a page?

How do you know whether guests are permitted to see a page?

This page is not showthread or forumdispaly ... may be faq page.

I want to add submission buttons to diggs and similar submitting sites, but I want them to displayed only on pages that guests can see.

I thought for while and hadn't found a trick to make this.
