$foruminfo[title] in postbit?

Could someone please point me in the right direction to have $foruminfo[title] available in the postbit template?

I assume that the postbit template is built prior to $foruminfo being populated?

While I'm here.. the "control above navbits" section. I'd like that to be available in the postbit template as well.
