Avatars - transparent gifs showing white background
 

Hi there,

I have uploaded a couple of gifs with transparent backgrounds as avatars but they are showing with a white background.

The same avatar displays correctly on another vBulletin forum.

Any idea where I can fix this?

Ok, we worked this out ourselves.

It was because the avatar image was being resized by vBulletin that the white background was put in the image.

If we resized the image before uploading, the transparency remained.
