Paul M 01-20-2007 04:39 PM

I think they are above. ;)

Distance 01-20-2007 04:56 PM

Yeah im saying dont you think would be better below?

Your discussing a topic.. then its links to different topics then its reply to the current topic... hmm

Ziki 01-20-2007 05:02 PM

Yes like I did it.

Attilitus 01-20-2007 10:57 PM

Go into the SHOWTHREAD template and move the variable "$similarthreads" from above the quickreply code, to below it. ;)

Edit: I thought this was in a HELP forum... silly me.

Distance 01-20-2007 11:04 PM

haha. i think they know how to do it mate

Attilitus 01-20-2007 11:05 PM

Ha ha... yea I lost track of what forum I was in. Silly me.

WHY?
  1. More than half of our visitors come here looking for answers - nothing more.
  2. Placing "Similar Threads" above the quickreply gives it more exposure.
  3. Placing "Similar Threads" above the quickreply will prevent repeat posts.
  4. Unlike QUICKREPLY, "Similar Threads" can be collapsed - regardless of browser/editor type.
  5. "Similar Threads" will only display if similar threads exist.
  6. Most people will click on "Quickreply" button ... there's no additional work involved. eg. focus will be placed on the quick reply form
