Email link in posts, similar to "Report to moderator"

Hi all, I'd like to add another icon to each post which will allow people to click it to "Suggest this as an article" in exactly the same way people report a post to a moderator. When they submit it will send the thread URL and post URL in an email to the vB administrator email.

Does a hack like this exist? How would I go about doing this?
