Attempting to attach to database

Error description: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'thronefi_FRANK'@'localhost' (using password: YES) /home/thronefi/public_html/armyselite/forums/includes/class_core.php on line 273

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.

this is what i got when i tried to
install my recent vbullinten. even my host doesnt know why. and i know i got config file correct this is my 3rd install. ive done. ive never had this,

That right there tells me that the username and password associated with the database you have in the config file is incorrect.

yeah but it isnt. thats what makes no sense. checked it and even changed it 5 times.

Is your database server name localhost, or is it something like database.domain.com?
