Allow html in signatures on a case by case basis?
As a way for our top posters to potentially earn money, we're thinking of allowing HTML in signatures on a case by case basis (create a new usergroup with "Allow HTML in signature" enabled. For some, who post so much, they could potentially do well with referral links.
I'm presuming that we'd want to use the Extended Signature Limits mod with it, but what about security? Do the security risks outweigh the potential benefit to the user? Any and all opinions appreciated :) Thanks! |
