Hey does anyone know if the current Site Point Marketplace mods are available as mods (free or paid) - i particularly like the way the design contests work - i'd like to be able to do that

any suggestions

LOL.. Funny I just came here because I just left Sitepoints Contact Us now... I submitted the same question you asked here.

Im looking for the actual marketplace mod they use, as you said, paid or non paid.

If i get a response from them, i will be sure to share!

Site point is using a propriatary script that was developed in house. It utilizes the VB User DataBase, but evidently thats where it stops!

Hi Bryan,

Thanks for your interest & kind words.

The script was actually custom development project undertaken by several of our programmers. It's not a vBulletin mod or plug-in, though it does integrate with the user database.

At this point, we are not selling or licensing copies of the script -- partly because it's a great competitive advantage, and also because its an ongoing development project and we would be unprepared to support it. Sorry about that.
