Members can close their own threads
 
I have a specific forum just use as personal stuffs, where members can post their diary, or their own opinions without reply.
I'm looking for a hack which allows members can close their own threads in a specific forum.

this is a standard vb feature.

Go to the forum permissions (not usergroups), and then you can give each usergroup custom permissions per forum.
