vBShout 2.0 problem

Im having a very strange problem which i cannot explain.

For the longest time ive used vbshout 2.0 on my 3.6 site.... and NEVER had a problem other than its already known bugs.

Well i moved my site to a new host yesterday, and everything is working fine and dandy, except that now, at random times for no reason what so ever, it will stop showing the input box allowing me to "shout"

So far i dont think it has affected any other users but its really pissing me off now, because it will be working, then ill refresh or something, having made NO changes to ANYTHING, and the input box anf formatting controls are gone.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

I also use CMPS vBshout, and it works just fine, even when the main shoutbox is messing up.

What the dilly yo?

Have you tried uninstalling the product and re-installing it?

i am all of a sudden having the same problem, i recently installed the user cp hack, but i dont know if thats the issue. i was gonna upgrade to vbshout 2.1 from vbhackers, but my members have fallen in love with the timestamp...

In love with the timestamp? I hate that it shows the time and wish there was a stable version out there that takes it away.

Just hard code it in. Not like it's hard, it's a simple template edit.

i like the timestamp because it lets me see how long its been since the last reply.

and sometimes i reply to stuff thats like 2 hours old.... or vice versa... i like to know when the reply came :)
