Best host?

I need web host reccomendations.

I am looking for;
10 minimum mysql databases
10 minimum (pop3) email accounts
10 minimum addon domains
3gb hdd space
5+gb transfer
Less than $10.00 USD a month.
cPanel a must

Let me know what hosts you think I should go with, and possibly wich ones I shouldn't use. Thanks for the help.

no but i use to use cpanel had no problem swiching over to theres they do have the myphpadmin so that is still the sam but it seems like all of the fetures on cpanel seem to be there or atleast all the ones i have needed

I personally prefer HostGator - I've been with them for about two years now and haven't had any problems to this day.
