I have searched these forums but couldn't find what I was looking for so I apologize if this subject is beaten to death already but I need to things and since everyone here has always been so helpful to such an extent that our site has really grown in large part due to advice and help that was offered via this forum I thought I would not ruin a good thing and ask for some recommedations for the following...

A good chat room where one can listen to music while they are chatting(if that is possible)

Awesome software that will allow us to feature music and video on our site for either viewing or downloading... This will no doubt be a big or main attraction of our site so I need something that is going to get the most "bang for the buck"

I have triied VB Shoutbox as a chat but didn't really enjoy it all that much so I am open to new ideas when it comes to that... Regarding the media center I want to create, the only one that looks decent to what I want to do is Subdreamer Pro so I would be most grateful for any ideas or suggestions out there...
