Upload all images that came with the skin via FTP and then upload the style in teh style manager in the ACP.

do i have 2 upload all the image 2 my image folder

Some skins you do. Others you dont. Upload it to the vb folder (being where you vbulletin is installed) And add the skins through ACP If the images dont display move the skin to the /images folder. This is what i do.
