Customise "Search for Users"

Hi there,

I was wondering how I can customise the search for users function in Admincp?

Currently i only shows

User Name
Email
Join Date
Last Activity
Post Count
Options

I was wondering how I could change this to allow the removal of a couple collums, and allow addition custom fields I have set up?
