vbBux ---> Points Per Posted Character not working

i had not get answer yet

i am use vb 3.6.4 and have vbbux feature that not working

Points Per Posted Character ---> it is not working, i had enter any number but still no count points any character on post, other vbbux points feature works

can someone share your experience fixed for this? any information will be help for me or for anyone that have problem same
