How? - Banner at bottom of page that scrolls with page
 
http://www.wrestlingforum.com/ - check out that bottom banner that scrolls with the page. The thing I like the most is how the arm of the wrestler sticks out but it's transparent around it... does anyone know how to go about this?

Another way of doing that bottom banner is iFrame.. if im not mistaken

Not as efficient though and you can't do things like make it disappear.
