Hi,

How do I give points when they invite someone and if that person become a member?
Is there any plugin etc already out there ??

Also, is there any quiz system which works with points system ?

go to admCP then vbux, manage settings, the eighth item down says

Points for Referral? ... set this to what you want to give member for a referral

I see this, but how does a user actually refer someone ? any specific urls to use ? What does one need to do to utilize this and earn points ?

You need to turn on the referral system first.

When someone signs up, there is a field where they can put the person's username who told them about the forums.

People can also use referral links when they invite people so the name will be filled in automatically at registration.

It's yourforums.com/?referrerid=userid where userid is the ID of the referrer.

Is this vBux something you need to install? Is there a referral system included with the 3.6.7 software?

No additional product/plugin is needed for the referral system.

vB has this functionality built-in.
