.htaccess for windows/iis
 

I want to re-write the URLs for my members profile pages.

Is there something I can modify that is equivalent to htaccess for windows/iis/php?

Is there another way to do this?

I have PHP 5.5.5 running on Windows 2000 server and MySQL

Isapi Mod Rewrite is what you want. You can get it at http://www.helicontech.com/. The free version is all you'll need. I bought a license to full version so I could use mod_proxy and per site rules. With the free version rules for all sites go into a global .ini file.
