Rules & requirements page before PP upload page
 

I use vB and PhotoPost and for PhotoPost I'd like to have a page before the upload page on which I can put the photo upload rules and requirements so that people can agree to continue to the upload page (or to disagree of course). I'm not sure how to make such a page and how to integrate it. Can someone tell me how I can do this, or perhaps someone made a page like this and I can use it as an example? I'm not sure if this is something I can do 'with' vBulletin somehow or not?

replace your current upload page with what you want it to say.

then copy that old file, rename it, and have a link from the one you just replaced the content o.n.
