Restrictive Uses on HTML Code in Forums
 
So basically what I want to do is any of the following:

  • Allow only certain usergroups to use HTML code in posts/threads (provided the forum allows it)
  • Allow only the first post (i.e. thread starter) to use HTML code

Is there any way to accomplish this without a mod? or will I have to make one >:|
