Manually Adjusting Post, Rep, ect ect

I will be switching servers pretty sonn & have a backed up everything but lets just say that the move doesnt go as smoothly as expected & I lose everything & have to start fresh. I know my members will be upset because they lost all thier post, reputation, thanks, ect ect. Now my question is, if i do happen to lose everything & have to maually adjust users post, rep, thanks, ect....will that mess things up for my forums in the long run?
