Date problem in postbit
 
In the postbit and postbit_legacy templates, I have a problem.

The registration date is showing in english while I have the french language pack installed and everywhere else in the forum, the date is showing correcty in french according to my settings in the admincp.

It shows november 2006 instead of Novembre 2006.

Some people told me it was a server problem. Would it be a php.ini value to add? If so, how do I modify this?
