ok im going to try to explain this as best as i can my teacher asked me to create a vbulletin forum for a homeowrk help line type thing but i just need one addition to this before i can actualy publish it on the web

i need a system that has a database of id numbers that each student in my school system has and when each person registers it asks them for there id number and if they dont have an id number they will not be able to register. once someone is registered with an id number no one else will be able to register with that id number.

i have some ideas of how this would work take a mod like this and i would add each id number to the answer list but what i need is for when an id number is used i can not be used again

it would be greatly apreciated if someone could create this hack for me

yea i know that is anyone willing to do it i would be willing to kick in a few bucks for who ever has this done

Im also Interested in this hack, it would be a random of letters and numbers for about 14 digits also not to be repeated again, this wouldnt be for a ID log in but a control of documents, Willing to throw a few bucks in the pot.
