How to change the post/user name lay out?

Hello,

I want to change my forum's post style. Currently, I have it set to this

http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...avborg1a-1.jpg

But would really like it to be set to this:

http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o.../a-vborg-1.jpg

How can I make this happen?
I'm not talking about the colors, but I'm referring to the post's lay out.
