Question about my vB style?

I am using a new style but it won't let me set it to where it is the style people see when they visit my site. I have two styles listed and I have my created style 1 and the default style 2. I also have it to where the only option is my created style yet when a guest visits my site it shows the basic vB default style. What am I doing wrong?
