vb.org Archive - some users cant register?

Hi everyone, I've been following this problem for what has to be at least 3 months. I have about 20 successful new signups every day, however I get about 1-5 more that email me saying that they aren't able to register, and are getting snagged on this page:

I'm not sure if this would have anything to do with it or not, but we've recently moved our server to its current domain, as well as changed the location of the vbulletin install from root into the /forum directory.

What should I do to get this handled?!?
