Time limit on deletion abilities...

I'd like to make it so that after x minutes, members can no longer delete or edit their post. Is there a modification built for this (or is it built in to VB - If so, I can't find it)

It's a default setting within vB.

Go to ACP > vBulletin Options > Time Limit on Editing of Posts > set it to 'x' minutes.
