The Private Messageing Datamanager and overriding PM limtits

So I finally have the PM system working in my custom script thats to the wonderful how-to writeup, however i'm running into the problem of some users having their setting to not recieve PMs. Is there a way I can program into the script to override that and send the PM to their box regardless?
