datastore questions
Any info on using the datastore, ie calling a stored file in database. I read the thread in the programming forum. Does vb naturally store cached items in the datastore folder? Also in the config should the file cache be on or need to be on? I know that calls are made with $vbulletin->databasename. Iam trying to figure out if a datastore item is actually being called. Lastly has anything changed with the datastore function from 3.6.1 to 3.6.4?
edited: found my answer: used $vbulletin->datastore->do_db_fetch("'datastore file name'"); instead of using $vbulletin->datastore file name |
