What is the hack that makes the first post larger than the rest?

In the hacks forum when you submit a hack or style, your first post follows a format, and then the rest of the posts are normal. I wanted to use this on my forum, but can't seem to find a hack on here that will do this.

Anyone know which hack will let me do this? Link please :D
