Sorting members by joindate, reputation etc

I want to sort membres by their reputation, joindate, online status and birthday just by clicking on a link. It should look something like this:

Top: Girls | Guys
New: Girls | Guys
Online: Girls | Guys
B-day: Girls | Guys

Anyone has any idea how i can do that?
