Go to usercp/edit options, go all the way to the bottom to the Miscellaneous Options, select Standard editor with extra formatting controls..then save....you will be good to go...I just had that problem.....

Dear Blind-eddie,
Thank you so much for your help but believe me i cant find [Miscellaneous Options]under edit profile
i Do Not know what should it do now !!!!!
if you can please help me again to find another way to do what i look for ...

all i want to let Users copy and paste as HTML when they write any Threads without using BB Code ................... :(

Allowing members to use html is not a good idea.....But go to admincp/usergroups/usergroupmanager....select the user group you want to allow to use html, scroll down and check the box that allows usergroup to use HTML....Also go into vboptions/user options and edit what they will see in their usercp...good luck
