Itrader integration and tangible items in VBbux

I currently am running on a ucash system. I really need 2 features but don't want to have them created for ucash now that it is basically dead. I would like to give points for itrader trades. I would also like to to add real items into the shop (not virtual). Are either of these possible right now? I am sure I could modify the itrader to add the points on a trade but would like to see if it is integrated already.
