vb.org Archive - Thread Starter HTML Markup

Hi, I used the modifications explained here:
http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=197265

to make the thread starter in its own column. I would like to know how to get the HTML usergroup markup of the thread starter to show. For instance, I have a little "A for Admin shield" next to all administrators and their username color is blue. I would like for all administrators who start a thread to have that next to their name on the list of threads page etc.

Any help is greatly appretiated.
