Is there a mod that would take 1 rep point from a member whenever he/she gives a negative reputation to someone?

What do you mean 1 rep point? Like 1 rep altering point or rep in general?

if I give a neg rep, I'll lose one too

Well there is the reputation, and then there are reputation altering points. Im wondering which he is trying to decrease. Because if its just reputation, that can be easily configured yet if its rep altering points...Im not too sure. T_T

thank you for replying. I'm talking about just reputation, not altering points. This way, people wouldn't give a negative to whoever they like, they'll have second thoughts.
