Disable Hard Delete
 

I want to disable Hard Delete for all users, Even Admins. I can't seem to find this option anywhere.

you can manually set this in the usergroups.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I am using vB v3.5.4

I too want this.

But with a minor change.
Like :

hard delete disabled for everybody including the mods, admins, super mods, etc.
(but excluding the Super Admins, configured in the config.php)

So, anybody out here ?

wrap a <if> </if> statement around the code in the template so no one except admins can see it or use it, i do this very thing on a large 4.5 million post site i admin/run.

i believe there is 3 or 4 templates u need to do it in, i thought i posted this before, do a search on my posts in the past month here, its in this forum someplace.
