IMGO (reduces image size) Tags - Quick Reply Placement

Hey guys, I installed the IMGO tag using this HTML code;

HTML Code:

It worked great, but it only shows up in the Advanced section of posting or editing, is there a way to add it to the quick reply or quick edit menu?

Please let me know, I'd REALLY appreciate it. Thanks and Happy Holidays ! :)
