charging access to a forum section.
 
Would it be possible to charge for an access on a specfic section of board?

For example i'd like to have two forums: "Free Movie Downloads" - which would be free and open to everyone, and another forum "Full Movie Downloads" where i would charge for an access using some online processor like CCBILL, Epoch or Paypal.. ? If its possible, how do i do it?

Yes, this is all possible with forum permissions and subscriptions.

You will need two usergroups: a regular one and a usergroup for those who paid the subscription cost. vBulletin's subscription system is very flexible and will allow you to use some of the online processors you mention.

(I believe both CCBILL and Paypal are available.)

It's under AdminCP -> Paid Subscription.
