Using 3.6 and need a mod for members

to be required to click a box to agree to terms of membership prior to registering?
Anything out there like this?
Also, something that will make them use their first and last name to register along with putting their city and state in?

Anything like that? I guess I'm not searching for the correct word so nothing is coming up.
