Need help with my banner.
 
I am trying to add my own banner to the banner rotator but it won't come up.

I uploaded the image to my image/misc folder and here is the code I used. Can someone help please?

But sub. my domain in.

Try that. The public_html is for the server's eyes only, it's not needed for public things.
